The Department of General Services is proud to be part of the community and happy to assist neighborhood or community groups by donating organic material such as mulch, woodchip, or compost to spruce up your property.
In order to be considered, you must be a non-profit organization, neighborhood association, or community group. The material must be used in the City of Albany and seen and benefit the public.
All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and quantities are not guaranteed.
